Hartley Health is a subscription-based health and lifestyle platform created by health and fitness chef, Jordan Hartley. Hartley Health is ultimately a learning platform designed to help you better understand energy balance in relation to your goals, and to help you acquire key cooking skills to assist in making delicious food that help you nourish your body!

No, you must be connected to the internet via WiFi or 4G in order to use Hartley Health features and access our content. This also helps to ensure users are actually subscribed and didn’t cancel their subscription.
Jordan is responsible for writing and designing all the recipes and content behind the site. She also sends out site related content every week via email – to receive this make sure you subscribe to our Hartley Health mailing list HERE. Yes! We believe food is a form of love and connection, so we have put together a Facebook group of other like-minded health and food lovers to better forge these connections. Jordan is also present in the group every day and wil answer as many questions as she can. To join this group CLICK HERE!
The equipment required is all relatively basic! You will need the following: food scales, large pot, 2 x non-stick fry pans, strainer, wooden spoon, spatula, bowl scraper, whisk, chopping board, knife, plates and bowls, blender and/or food processor, small and large tupperware containers, and a fridge/freezer to store your meals.
No experience is required as you will learn all the skills you need on our platform! We do however, suggest you are over the age of 16 to ensure it is safe for you to cook in the kitchen.
The average cook time for our recipes is around 20-40 minutes.

Yes! Everyone who signs up will receive a 2 week trial. You will be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the free trial. You will not be charged until the free trial has expired. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you cancelled your subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fees for the type of subscription you have selected.

The cost depends on how long you sign up for. The periods are as follows:
– 1 month = $5.90 / week, billed monthly at $23.63
– 3 months = $5.21/ week, billed every 3 months at $67.76 (save 25%)
– 6 months = $4.17/week, billed every 6 month at $108.42 (save 40%)
– 12 months = $3.48/week, billed yearly at $180.70 (save 50%)
Each subscription period gives you FULL access to Hartley Health.
You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis according to the subscription package you have chosen. For example, if you have signed up on the 3 month price, you will be billed every 3 months on a recurring basis according to the date you signed up. If you have purchased your subscription (received a confirmation/receipt) and not received a confirmation email from us, please check your Junk and Spam folders. If there is nothing there within 3 hours, please contact us at [email protected] and attach your receipt.

You can cancel anytime, however, your service will continue until your membership package is finished. Once your membership is over your service will no longer automatically renew and you will no longer have access to the platform.
In order to unsubscribe, access your Account Dashboard and click ‘My Subscription’. From here, click ‘Cancel’.
This will prompt a cancellation email sent directly to your inbox. Please ensure you check your Junk folder, in case any emails were missed. You must confirm your cancellation email to unsubscribe from Hartley Health.
